The Tomball Lions Club did a Free Vision screening for kids 6 months and up at the Augusta Pines Walmart 25800 Kuykendahl Rd. Tomball, TX 77375 United States. The Club members President Bubba Hardee, PDG Danny Zee and Lion Dale McCarty, certified to do vision screening, were there from 11AM - 3PM on Saturday 08/12/17. They do these screenings as a community service project. Lion Dale McCarty is shown holding the vision screening device. Lion PDG Danny Zee the photo.

People brought out there Kids, Grandkids, Nieces and nephews and took advantage of this service. PDG Chuck Martin from Cy-Fair Lions Club gave some input for our screening process. PDG Danny Zee and President Bubba Hardee felt good about Chucks blessing as his club has completed about 5,000 screens in the last two years. That is a huge goal for the Tomball Lions Club to shoot for. The total screens that were performed were 22. They had 22 pass and no referrals. The high light of the screening day was being able to provide so many screens during the day to many families in the Tomball Area. President Hardee gave a special thank you to the Staff at the Walmart Vision Center for all their help in making the screening a huge success.
