Families Feeding Families

Guest Speaker at the Tomball Lions Club regular meeting on Friday, September 16th, will be Camille Hamilton with Families Feeding Families.  She has been actively involved with this group since its initial event on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving in 2011.  Since Families Feeding Families' Inaugural event, each year has set  a new record for attendance and people served.   Outreach has been extended to homeless and elderly shut-ins.  Participants are now able to receive a flu shot and receive information on how to get help from local resource groups as well as vision screening provided by the Tomball Lions.  Camille will provide a history of the Tomball event and information about this year's event on Wednesday November 23rd.
