Mr. Clingerman provided TBLC members with a summary of activities that he is involved in including parks activities, upcoming events in Precinct 4 that members would have interest in. He oversees the three red flag items that his department deals with: Stop Signs Down, Man Hole Cover Exposed, and Tree Down in Roadway. He also explained that organizations are free to post events on the Community Calendar portion of their website at: www.community.hcp4.net/events.
