Lion President Bob Ervin introduced guest speaker Lion Sam Thomas, District 2-S2 Global Membership Team Coordinator who gave the joke of the day and then gave a very inspirational talk on Lion member growth and retention. He emphasized that members need to be motivated and kept involved in Club activities and that potential members are hidden in plain sight. He stressed the importance of Lion members to know the “Lion story” including history and local, district and State projects and assistance programs.
