On January 28, 2020 The Tomball Lions Club provided three (3) Scholarships to the Create a Sparks Foundation. Also pictured presenting the check for $1,200 are Tomball Lions Club Treasurer Al Gerhardt and Tomball Lions Club President Mike Halbach.
The funds presented to Create a Spark Foundation will be used for scholarship/tuition assistance for students (enrolled or home schooled) within the Tomball ISD boundary. Spark is a nonprofit school for the arts (Art, Music, Dance and Theater) whose mission is to bring the joy and opportunity of a fine arts education to every child and to empower all to learn, create, and inspire.
