Members of Leadership North Houston Class XXVI accept a donation of $500 from the Tomball Lions
Club in support of their community service project benefitting H.O.P.E. Haven.

H.O.P.E Haven is a non-profit organization moving people from crisis to lifelong self-sufficiency.
H.O.P.E Haven’s mission is to help the homeless find a path off the streets and to mentor them
throughout their life journey to succeed and thrive as contributing members of our community.

Leadership North Houston is a program offered by Lone Star College since 1995 for
established leaders who are ready to make a meaningful contribution to the North Houston
region’s growth and success. Each year a diverse cohort of professional peers gains a true
understanding of the people and issues shaping the region’s future – and more importantly, how
they can impact those issues. The biggest dividend comes in the form of social capital as they
network with people in diverse circles, increasing their capacity to influence change and
innovate the way we do business.
