The Tomball Lions Club utilized funds provided by the Lions Club International Foundation for food to aid families affected by the Hurricane Harvey Disaster. Mrs. Christy Lieder organized a group of people from the Salem Lutheran Church located in Tomball, Texas. Mrs. Lieder and her group having been feeding flooded residents and workers in Cypress, Texas specially in Ravensway (A subdivision located Northwest of Houston) affected by the Cypress Creek flooding with 30+ inches of rain from Hurricane Harvey.
