District Zone Chair - 2
President Paul Hancock asked Mike Halbach to introduce our speaker Zone M-1 Chair Kevin Smith from Montgomery Texas. Lion Kevin is from the Montgomery Lions Club.
As Zone Chair he oversees eight different clubs including our club in District 2-S2. As Zone Chairperson he works as the conduit between the district and the clubs. Kevin spoke about our Zone goals and updates on events and activities that affect our club. He distributed a pamphlet with bullet points that covered many topics. Some of the major points included how he manages District assets that would benefit our club. He will also facilitate the many processes that affect our club.
