Salem Lutheran Church Annual Medical & Vision Mission Trip to Honduras providing care to the people in Copan, Honduras.
Salem normally provides 2,000 vision tests and glasses to everyone when possible. Salem works with the Tomball Lions Club and the Lions Club Eye Glasses refurbishing plant located in Conroe, Texas. By working with the Tomball Lions Club the mission was able to help more people by making the glasses more affordable.
Salem’s Vision leader Christy Leader wanted to thank the Tomball Lions Club! She said without the Tomball Lions Club and refurbishing plant they could not help so many people!
The Salem Lutheran Church does this same trip to Kenya to provide Medical and Vision care.
They normally take approximately the same amount of glasses for the Vision project.
