Lion President Jerome Teichmiller introduced the speaker Landon B. Reed, Assistant Director of Community Outreach for Harris County Precinct 3 Commissioner Tom S. Ramsey, P.E.

Mr. Reed provided an update on current and planned activities in Harris County Precinct 3 focusing on that part of the Precinct in and around Tomball.
He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. He worked 5 years for Harris County Precinct 4 Road & Bridge prior to becoming an Assistant Director of Community Outreach. He also has served over a decade at the County for three Commissioners’ including Commissioner R. Jack Cagle and now Commissioner Tom S. Ramsey, P.E.
